We are looking for candidates for the Position of Business Analyst. The position will be in charge of Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam

You will be in charge of: 

• Working with schools and Developers to implement and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Managing project changes.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Education Technology/ Software for Schools 
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analyst or Project Management. 
• Passionate about using technologies to improve and enhance teachers/ students digital experience 
• Have a proven record as a problem solver, excellent in execution and timely delivery of projects
• Attention to detail, including ability to manage multiple, challenging priorities at the same time
• A very strong and clear communicator, with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge.
